paleo digest

paleo breakfast:
sweet potato chili

paleo lunch:
salmon
chicken
green salad
- mixed greens
- red peppers
- oil and vinegar

paleo snack:
sweet potato chili


cheat dinner:
indian
- spinach and broccoli
- chicken tikka masala
- lamb vindaloo (this is the reason it was a cheat meal, bc of the potatoes)
leftover thai seafood curry
