paleo digest

paleo breakfast:
2 eggs
2 slices turkey lunchmeat
pico de gallo
olive oil
guacamole
sun-dried tomato salsa
(i will never get tired of this breakfast)

paleo lunch:
spinach salad with: chicken, apple, tomato, bacon, & sun-dried balsamic vinaigrette

paleo snack:
grapefruit

paleo snack:
lunch leftovers


abs dinner:
peanut butter soup


paleo snack:
buffalo chili
