digest


paleo breakfast:
orange juice
huevos rancheros at home
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp pico de gallo
- 2 organic eggs, scrambled
- diced steak


cheat lunch:
cheat indian
- 2 samosas
- rice
- naan
- chicken tikka masala
- saag paneer (spinach & cheese)
- gobi aloo (cauliflower)


paleo dinner:
lamb chops
yams
green beans (beans are technically not part of the paleo diet, but these ones were a fresh and brilliant green, so i'm waiving them)
watercress
