paleo digest

paleo breakfast:
3 eggs
1/2 cup fresh pico de gallo (tomatoes, onions, cilantro)
2 tbsp. salsa out of a jar

paleo lunch:
large green salad
turkey
salmon
1.02 lbs total

paleo snack:
1/2 grapefruit
banana

paleo dinner:
buffalo jalepeƱo fettusquigee marinara
