gluten-free lunch: (catered lunch at work -- woot!)
various sushi, lots of fish, rice, and vegetables

1/2 grapefruit

paleo snack:
paleo pasta - buffalo fettusquigee

paleo dinner:
korean bulgogi
spinach
sweet potato fries
