paleo digest

tuesday paleo meals for the day:

paleo breakfast:
2 eggs
salsa

paleo lunch:
soma chicken salad, hold the feta, pasta, and croutons (includes romaine, carrots, tomatoes, peppers, balsamic vinaigrette and avocado)

paleo snack:
soma chicken salad leftovers

paleo dinner:
buffalo "squoodle" bolognese
1 orange
pumpkin seeds

paleo late-night snack:
small bowl of buffalo "squoodle" bolognese
some cashews
