paleo digest

paleo breakfast:
2 eggs
lots of salsa
1 orange

paleo lunch:
big salad (romaine, tomatoes, walnuts, oil & vinegar, no meat)
tangerines

paleo snack:
two orange slices

non-paleo snack:
BoKU shake

paleo snack:
melon 3/4 cup, chopped
1/4 apple

paleo dinner:
chicken soup
