breakfast:

- poppy bagel
- ham (too salty!)
- eggs


lunch:
turkey burger (no bun, no condiments)
sweet potato fries


dinner:
chinese
- asparagus and bok choy w/ beef and shrimp
- vegetable soup
- kung pao chicken (without peanuts)
