- 1 egg
- 1 strip of bacon
- slivered almonds
- cinnamon
- pumpkin spice


lunch:
3 pieces chicken cacciatori-raccoglitori + sauce
2 slices wheat toast


snack:
2 pieces chicken cacciatori-raccoglitori + sauce
2 slices wheat toast


dinner:
3 savory bacon-egg "muffins"
- 1 egg
- 1 strip of bacon
- tbsp pico de gallo
- black pepper
- tapatio sauce
