3 sweet bacon-egg "muffins"
- 1 egg
- 1 strip of bacon
- slivered almonds
- cinnamon
- pumpkin spice


lunch:
vietnamese
- lemongrass chicken
- bean sprouts
- cucumbers
- lettuce
- carrots
(no rice, no egg-roll)


snack:
2 bananas


dinner:
Mapo doufu
- beef
- tofu
- broccoli
- zucchini
- straw mushrooms
- green onions
- stock
- chili
- bok choy
