lunch:
soma chicken salad
- romaine
- chicken

- carrots
- bell peppers
- avocado
- chili vinaigrette

snack:
more salad

dinner:
stir fry vegetables + soy ve
cod, soaked in milk & egg-white, then encrusted with panko and pan-fried


snack:
2 pieces chicken cacciatori-raccoglitori
