What is this?

I was born and raised in California and graduated from UC Santa Cruz '03 with a dual bachelor's degree in philosophy and art. In 2010 I enlisted in the U.S. Army as a Bandsman Reservist. This blog covers my workouts, and the food i eat.

Most of the time I follow the Paleo Diet , but when I can't do that, I follow the Abs Diet . Paleo is a subset of Abs, but it's tough to do the Paleo Diet all the time. When I can't pull together a full Paleo meal, the Abs Diet is easy to fall back on. 3 times a week (*ideally* 3 times, but sometimes more) I eat a cheat meal .
